This class is designed for the Yogi who desires specialized attention and a more in-depth understanding of the practice. We can discuss what your specific needs are and align them to specific Kriya's. Traveling to your location is an option, online services, or meeting in a park. Any location outside of the DMV area will need to be discussed ahead of time. Travel costs will apply.
